Sommer was wonderful. She welcomed us and would check to make sure things were going well. She did so in a manner that we knew she was available to us without being intrusive on our stay. We did have an issue with a barking dog and she took care of it right away

An easier and more informative check in would have started off this trip in a less stressful experience. We were the only people checking in and there were 4 different people working behind the desk at the time. I realize this lovely community is predominantly owners but when a 1st time renter to your facility comes in, more direction would have made this process go more smoothly. We arrived there from southeast Louisiana and was looking for a less stressful time, as we had been living through Hurricane Ida. The remainder of our stay, the unit and the community made the stay just what we needed. I am not stating all this to complain, but hopefully this can be used to make things better. I know things cant be fixed if one is not aware of it

Do not hesitate to book this condo! The entire building is immaculately clean. The unit itself was very clean with plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Sommer was very responsive to all questions and there were safety protocols in place in the building. Masks were worn by all staff and it was encouraged that guests wear them too. Beach access was amazing. The gym was the nicest I have ever seen in a condominium. Again amazingly clean! We will absolutely be back to Palisade Palms!

We had a lovely time. We are familiar with the area and stay frequently in nearby properties. This trip was a 20th anniversary splurge. Palisade Palms is definitely a premium property.
The 2bd/2ba unit was large, it had a good layout, it was clean and modern. The beach and bay view multiple balconies were excellent. We took advantage of all the amenities, the workout room was massive and well appointed, the game room and ping pong area were also nice. The pool was great and beach access and available items to take out the beach was great.
The trip and the property definitely met our expectations.
