Sommer does an excellent job managing the rentals

Everyone we have worked with have been very accommodating.

In general, we have been very pleased with the units we have rented over the past 7 years. We like the other amenities - using the beach without crossing over SeaWall blvd. First 4 years we had a disabled member with us and your access to the beach was great. We have two granddaughters with us and your game room and regular pool have been welcome attractions. Finally, we feel safe in your complex.

The team members were accommodating to our needs and questions.

We stayed 6 nights. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Well maintained and easy to get in and out of. We will be back for vacation again.

Everything from the booking to checkout was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas (swimming pool, game room, etc.) are all clean and well maintained. The condo itself was well appointed. We LOVED the 2 balconies and spent most of our time on them.

This property has the most amazing views. As the kids said it is like being on top of the world. The one amenity that I thought we would never use, the pool table, turned out to be the most popular thing of all.

We can not say enough wonderful things about Sommer and her staff. She is always very responsive to our needs. I can not express how much we appreciate her patience and helpfulness in trying to coordinate 3 families in multiple units.

This is a wonderful property which we have stayed in many times. The views are fantastic. The beach is uncrowded, clean and peaceful.

I really enjoy working with Sommer. Shes always concerned that everything is going just perfectly. She is very friendly and sweet.

The condo is beautiful.

Check in was a breeze and everyone had a smile for us.

A great place for a family vacation. View from balcony as well as two of the bedrooms was amazing. Kitchen was well set up for cooking and very roomy. Easy access to the beach and pool. Spaceous interior and very comfy.
