Texas Coastal Reality did an outstanding job of helping us book the unit we were interested in and were available to help us with anything we needed during our stay. Sommer was wonderful to work with.

* You may use the comments but not our name. We cant say enough good things about our week at the Palisades. The property is magnificent and the pool area looking over the beach made for a perfect stay. Our views were absolutely amazing! The location is a big plus. The beach is right outside your door and there are many great shops and restaurants that you can drive to in less than 10 minutes. From the moment you walk into the elegant lobby, you feel as if you are in a luxurious resort.

Complex is very nice.

Sommer is excellent. She responds quickly answering any question or concerns.

This is our favorite destination for getting away from Houston. Our families love to gather and visit at the Palisades. The kids and grandkids love all of the amenities. So does grandpa.

Outstanding parking garage, cleanliness and security. Excellent property and unit for viewing gulf and bay on two separate patios.

Have never had any issue with anyone. Everything was smooth sailing!

Palisade Palms is a wonderful community with friendly people all around. TW1610 is a beautiful unit with nice views of both the gulf and the port. Already looking forward to hopefully booking it again next year!

The front desk and maintenance staff are always respectful and friendly, but Sommer is our go-to ! We love her personal touch !

We have come to Palisade Palms at least once a year since the opening in 2008 - many times during Spring Break in March, but more recently in January, February, June, August, September, and November - and have had a consistently enjoyable and restful experience. We have rented a variety of condos - from a small bay view unit to a penthouse - and cant imagine staying anywhere else in Galveston.

Sommer Fisher has helped us with renting a condo every summer. She is lovely and very accommodating. Also, the staff on the property are very nice and helpful. We look forward to our vacation every year.

The Palisade Palms are fabulous! We have been renting every summer for 12 years. We love the pool, game room, basketball court, tennis court and boardwalk to the beach. It just a short drive to the Strand where you can find many great restaurants!

Most comfortable, very clean and modern decor

Front desk team are cordial and efficient and quick to respond to needs that arise. We also have found the reservation process to be efficient and easy to use. All team members have been excellent.

The Units we have rented were all quiet, comfortable and outfitted with just the right amount of kitchen things to meet our needs. Beds and furniture are comfortable. TV and WiFi were great.
